There were over 500 participants in the carnival parade tonight in Kavadarci, from the country and abroad, the city has a wine queen and king within the traditional event "Tikvesh vintage".

– Each carnival group with its own story, each beautiful in its own way. The traditional carnival this year with over 500 participants in 31 carnival settings, who paraded through the streets of Kavadarci, and the king and queen together with the mayor Mitko Janchev and the president of the Kavadarci Municipality Council Stojancho Ramov and some of the guests, symbolically broke the first bunch - said the organizers of the event from Kavadarci local government.

The traditional economic, touristic and cultural event has a long tradition, this year it is held for three days, and numerous events are on the agenda.
