99 patients with covid-19 are being treated in infectious wards

A total of 99 coronavirus-positive and suspected patients are being treated at infectious disease wards in Skopje and hospitals in other cities, and there are about 550 empty hospital beds in covid centers, the health ministry said.

In the past 24 hours, a new patient was hospitalized in the covid centers in Skopje due to coronavirus complications. A total of 34 people suspected and confirmed of covid-19 are being treated at infectious disease wards in the capital. Many patients are on oxygen support.

A total of 24 coronavirus-positive and suspected coronary heart disease patients have been reported to be treated in hospital cohorts in other cities in the past 65 hours.

During the last XNUMX hours, there were no receptions at the TBC Institute in Skopje.
One patient was admitted to the Clinic for Infectious Diseases and Febrile Conditions. There were no receptions in the covid center in the CGH "September 8" yesterday.

In the past 24 hours, three healed patients have been released home.

Two patients are being treated at the CBC Institute Center. There are a total of 8 patients in the CGH "September 13", and 19 patients are lying at the Clinic for Infectious Diseases and Febrile Conditions.

The number of admissions in the past few days is decreasing and there were 8 vacancies by 100 am, and it is expected that during the day after the examinations of the recovered patients, additional vacancies will be vacated. All infectious wards have oxygen supply and can care for patients in need of oxygen support.

Four patients, positive and suspected of covid-19, were hospitalized in the hospital in Bitola. Five patients are hospitalized in the hospital in Stip. There are three patients at the Infectious Diseases Department in Tetovo, six patients are being treated in Veles, and in Kumanovo 15 patients are positive and suspected of covid-19. Six patients were hospitalized in the center in Ohrid, three in Prilep, eight in the center in Gostivar, and four in Struga. Nine patients were hospitalized in the hospital in Strumica, two in Kicevo, and in Kavadarci and Gevgelija no people positive and suspected of coronavirus were hospitalized.

Due to the reduced number of patients, the hospitals closed part of the facilities intended for patient patients.

During the day, discharges are made to healed patients, which will free up extra beds. Otherwise, all wards of clinical hospitals have oxygen supply facilities. The Ministry of Health has an insight into the condition of the facilities and if necessary, the departments will be further expanded, reads the statement.
