The Vice Prime Minister for Good Governance, Arben Fetai, who is in Brussels at the invitation of the "Friends of Europe" think tank, said that "North Macedonia and the entire Western Balkans have a clear perspective for EU membership, but we must complete the tasks ahead us".

"We received positive messages that there is a new momentum for the European integration of our country and the region. "This momentum became especially important after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, when Brussels realized the need for the integration of the Western Balkans into the EU," says Fetai.

"We need to complete the constitutional amendments, which will enable the opening of negotiations with the EU", added the vice-prime minister.
