In the written letter, the Ministry of Interior informs that on the day of the elections, October 17, in Prilep, no vehicle was sent for technical inspection, nor was a sanction imposed for a traffic violation, which also shows that the stated actions did not actually happen.

The Department for Internal Control, Criminal Investigations and Professional Standards in the Ministry of Interior performed the necessary checks on the allegations made by the political party VMRO-DPMNE for planned physical harassment by police officers employed in OVR Prilep, and concluded that in PS Prilep, the Auxiliary Operational Headquarters and the Republic Operational Headquarters local elections 2021 has not registered a report from a citizen or legal entity that in the pre-election period, voting day or in the post-election period by police officers in taking official actions was acted illegally or unprofessionally or in any way harassed person while performing service, as it was stated at a press conference of VMRO-DPMNE, announced by the Ministry of Interior.
