The Ministry of Internal Affairs filed a criminal complaint against the mayor of Skopje, five employees of the municipality of Skopje and a legal entity for "abuse of official position" and "negligent work in the service". The Municipality of Karposh "confirmed" through a statement that it is their mayor Stevco Jakimovski, and they consider the criminal complaint against Jakimovski to be tendentious, malicious and politically motivated.

"Namely, the professional services from the municipality of Karposh have carefully considered the subject of legalization of the sports facilities of Alexander Palace, and it has been resolved in accordance with the legal regulations. The municipality of Karpoš categorically claims that the legalization is legal for these sports facilities because everything for which a construction permit is issued is legalized, and for the same facilities the legal entity Aleksandar Palas has a construction permit from the Ministry of Transport and Communications for which he did not carried out in the cadastre. An additional argument is the fact that a building permit was issued for tennis courts built on the territory of the municipality of Karposh during the time of Nikola Gruevski. Quality, experienced officials work in the municipality of Karposh who conscientiously perform their duties and are convinced that the same criminal complaint will be rejected as inadmissible for the reasons that the competent municipal authorities correctly established the facts and carried out legalization in accordance with the legal regulations adopted by the Government of Nikola Gruevski ", says the announcement of the Municipality of Karposh.

The mayor of the municipality of Skopje received a criminal complaint - he enabled the legalization of "wildly" built tennis courts
