The Kremlin said today that the time and date of the meeting in the form of a video conference between the presidents of Russia and the United States, Vladimir Putin and Joe Biden, had been roughly agreed, but that Moscow was awaiting final approval from Washington.

Adviser to the Russian President Yuri Ushakov said that the talks between the two leaders will take place in the next few days, TASS reports.

The need for a new meeting between the two presidents was stated during last month's summit of the G20 countries, when the foreign ministers of the two countries Lavorv and Blinken stated   the need to continue high-level contacts between Russia and the United States. "
