The councilors of the Municipality of Centar at yesterday's continuation of the second session of the Council, approved the Plan for programs for development of the municipality for the period 2022-2024, with 12 votes in favor, eight abstentions and three against.

- The adopted plan for development programs plans the development of the municipality and the creation of better and more humane living conditions in the Center for all citizens, say the municipality of Cenar.

The plan for development programs of the Municipality of Centar for the period 2022-2024 envisages reconstruction and improvement of energy efficiency of primary schools and kindergartens, reconstruction of existing and construction of new infrastructure, reconstruction and modernization of public lighting, construction of prefabricated parking in function of facilities and modernization of IT systems in the municipality.

Among the more important projects for the next two years is the construction of a kindergarten in the settlement "Prolet", the first of its kind, announced by the previous mayor, Sasa Bogdanovic, together with the Minister of Labor and Social Policy, Jagoda Shahpaska.

- The kindergarten will have a total area of ​​3230 square meters and will cost 152.520.000 denars (excluding VAT), ie 47.000 denars per square meter. It will be made of modern and quality materials, with anti-bacterial floors, there will be windows with nano filters and energy-efficient structural facade. The heating in the kindergarten will be ecological, ie part of the central heating (central heating), and part of the heat pumps, announced by the Municipality of Centar.

Another activity is the construction of the prefabricated parking lot in Kapishtec, with 294 parking spaces.

- For the smart parking system, which is revolutionary and will be performed for the first time, the analysis of the technical requirements and the final technical solution for its implementation have already been prepared. It is a modern monitoring system that will function along the entire length of the street "Orce Nikolov". The system will provide constant monitoring of the parking places of "Orce Nikolov", monitoring the places in the special purpose zones and will monitor the traffic on the street, inform the municipality.

Regarding the reconstruction of the street "Leninova" (the part from the boulevard "Partizanski Odredi" to the street "Metropolitan Teodosij Gologanov"), the municipality of Centar clarifies that it is a reconstruction of part of the street, which is performed at the request of residents and the total area that will be covered by the reconstruction is 6720 square meters, ie 6320 denars per square meter.

In addition to these activities, reconstruction of primary schools and kindergartens, procurement of special vehicles for maintaining street and public areas on the territory of the Municipality of Centar, as well as construction and maintenance of a modern LED system of street lighting are planned, say from the municipality.
