Moza bin Nasser was born in 1959 and is the daughter of an entrepreneur from whom she inherited her love for education. According to her, education should be valued and everyone should have free access to it.

She started her education in Egypt. Even though she wanted to be a doctor, she decided on sociology. She graduated from the Department of Sociology at Qatar University. After completing her studies, she decided that learning must not stop at any stage of life.

Since then, her work on the plan to modernize the education system in Qatar begins. In 1995, Moza and her husband founded the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Social Development, which is still active today. Moza's foundation is credited with the opening of American universities on the territory of Qatar through the so-called n. "City of Education" program.
