Twenty-year-old Lazar T., a Slovenian of Serbian origin, is suspected of strangling his girlfriend, seven years older Serbian citizen Emilia M., in Slovenia. reported local media.

According to the reports, which are based on information from the police, the young criminal first beat the girl and then strangled her.

The brutal crime took place on Thursday and was only discovered on Monday. Neighbors said they heard sounds from the apartment and a woman shouting: "Let me go." When they tried to call the police, they say, the noises stopped and the crime remained unsolved for the next few days.

The young killer slept next to his dead girlfriend for two days, Slovenian media reports.

Both he and the murdered girl were previously known to the police, and both had a restraining order against their mothers. He also had a report for disturbing public order and peace due to a fight, and he also had problems with the police due to drugs.
