Sending Western tanks to Ukraine will continue the war in this country, and if Washington and Russia do not come to an agreement, World War III will follow, the Croatian president said today. Zoran Milanovic, according to Hina.

Ukraine received a major reinforcement of its ground forces yesterday, after Germany and the United States announced that they would send tanks to Kyiv.

"The war will continue," Milanovic told reporters. "All tanks, both Russian and American, burn in the same way, and there are people sitting in them who either die or run away," he added.

Milanovic predicts that the war in Ukraine will last until "Moscow and Washington somewhere agree on its end", which is "terrible, difficult and distant", the Croatian agency added.

"Zagreb, Berlin, Paris, Brussels" will not be asked in those talks, and if they do not take place, the world will slowly move towards the Third World War, warned the Croatian president.

Milanovic criticized the head of German diplomacy, Analena Baerbock, who said in the Council of Europe that European countries should be united and stop blaming each other because Europe is at war against Russia, not against each other.

Milanovic says that he has "never seen this kind of madness" and that he did not know that Europe was at war with Russia. "Maybe Germany is at war with Russia." May they be lucky this time, may it end better than 70 years ago, but we are not at war with anyone", he said.

"From her we learn that we are all at war with Russia." It's not us, it's America, we're just pawns," said Milanovic.
