A migrant died this morning in the Kumanovo hospital, who was stabbed by a sharp object, the Ministry of the Interior said.

As informed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the murdered man, whose age and nationality have not been disclosed, was found this morning near the Kumanovo village of Recica, wounded.

He was taken to the General Hospital in Kumanovo, where he succumbed to his injuries before eight o'clock this morning. According to the police, the migrant died in a fight with other migrants, in which the sharp object was used.

"Policemen from SVR Kumanovo carried out an inspection and after the measures taken and conversations carried out, it was established that a physical confrontation took place between several migrants, during which the deceased migrant was stabbed with a sharp object. "Measures are being taken to clear up the case," said the Ministry of the Interior.
