Mitsotakis: "I am not saying this with joy" but if they do not respect the agreement, there will be no EU

Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, during a speech in Lerin, once again reiterated his position that if Skopje does not respect the Prespa Agreement and tries to challenge the core of that agreement, it should not hope to continue the European path.

He pointed out that "he does not say this with joy", because, as he said, Greece wants to have good relations with its neighbors.

- The citizens of North Macedonia do not want either tensions or nationalism. I wish and hope that they will come to their senses and return to the right path, Mitsotakis said.

He reminded that New Democracy was against the Prespa Agreement, but as he pointed out, then with absolute sincerity he said that it cannot be changed, torn or changed with one law and article, because it is an international agreement.
