The Coalition "For Reconstruction of Macedonia" led by VMRO-DPMNE is maximally mobilized in anticipation of the upcoming local elections to present its projects and plans to voters.

The President of the opposition VMRO-DPMNE, Hristijan Mickoski, today from Ohrid said that literally nothing has been done from what was promised, the citizens have not seen anything but a lot of robbery, crime, humiliation.

- We are here to offer the citizens a way out of the gloom in which the city and the state are in the past 52 months. "I am convinced of a great victory in Ohrid, and the future government led by VMRO-DPMNE will pay great attention to Ohrid, which deserves its rightful place in Macedonia," Mickoski said.

Today, he met with coalition partner Zijadin Sela, the leader of the Alliance of Albanians. Mickoski said that he does not expect anything from the government for the elections except threats, bribes, pressures.

- We expect as many citizens as possible to come out and vote because by staying at home, the wrong policies are practically approved. Neither the citizens of Ohrid nor I expect different behavior from Zaev and Spasovski, and that is a lot of money for bribes, a lot of pressure and threats. But the people of Ohrid are determined to defeat them and elect Kiril Pecakov as mayor in the first round, said Mickoski.

The opposition leader called for mass turnout and support from citizens on October 17 to end what he called "wasteful and criminal rule over the past 52 months."
