Medziti to Ahmeti: DUI should prepare to be in the opposition for a long time

The request of the leader of the Democratic Union for Integration, Ali Ahmeti, to hold local elections next year as well as parliamentary ones, was answered by Deputy Prime Minister Izet Mejiti, who was Ahmeti's vice president in DUI for many years.

According to Majiti, DUI should prepare to be in opposition for a long time.

"Instead of presenting itself as a major factor on the political scene, DUI would be better off returning to internal reforms and cleaning its ranks of organized crime and corruption." Before scheduling meetings, the DUI would do well to answer the public:
• What kind of offer are contained in the text messages that were sent to Prime Minister Mickovski at the time when the new government was being negotiated?!
• What offer did the emissaries of the European Front put on the table in room 161 in the Parliament while SDSM and VMRO-DPMNE were negotiating for the new government cabinet?!
• Is it true that only two ministries and that the Speaker of the Parliament was not the DUI's offer for VMRO just to be back in the Government?!

These are the questions the public expects answers from DUI. The inflammatory rhetoric and folklore is a script already known and read by everyone. All that rhetoric has brought is a strengthening of extremism and ethno-nationalist sentiment expressed through voice. That's why you're funny and nothing more," Mejetti wrote in a post on social networks.
