Medvedev: What will Ukrainians do with submarines? A little more and they will have no sea
Former Russian Prime Minister and President, Dmitry Medvedev, who now serves on the Security Council of the Russian Federation, made another disparaging comment about Ukraine. He referred to the news that the government in Kyiv has requested submarines from Germany for the country's defense, saying that the submarines are useless for Ukraine, which "soon will be without access to the sea."
"Now some idiot said they need planes and…submarines." Okay, planes are kind of understandable. Indeed, there are practically no normal runways, and we have closed the Ukrainian sky. And submarines are already serious business. Especially considering that the Kiev regime will soon have no sea at all. Then they will have to sit in a boat in the middle of the Dnieper, learning to play the immortal (Beatles song) "Yellow Submarine" with the musical guardians. Although the submarine will obviously be yellow-blue," wrote Medvedev on Telegram.
Earlier, German "Spiegel" reported that the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, "Andrei Melnyk", asked Germany to deliver fighters, battleships and submarines to the Ukrainian authorities.
