Mediterranean Bruschetta: A quick snack for the whole family
Perfect bruschettas are thin and crispy, smelling of olive oil, tomatoes and aromatic herbs. No matter what spices you decide to put on them, the secret ingredient is choosing a quality cheese.
An excellent snack if you are expecting guests and you don't have enough time to prepare an appetizer. You can enjoy them throughout the year, and their taste tempts even the most picky eaters.
INGREDIENTS:
– integral baguette
- 200 g of feta cheese
- 500 g sherry tomatoes
– red garlic
- garlic cloves
- olive oil
- oregano
- salt
PREPARATION:
Cut the tomato and onion into small pieces, and the cheese into thin strips.
Cut the baguette slightly diagonally, to get a nice bruschetta shape. First put cheese on each piece of bread, then add tomatoes and onions. If desired, sprinkle with oregano and salt.
Bake the baguettes for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.
After you take them out, you can brush them with a little olive oil if you want to give them a real Mediterranean flavor.
