The young Italian actress Matilda de Angeles attracted the attention of the audience with her role in the series "The Undoing" in which she shot passionate scenes with Nicole Kidman, and in some scenes the actress was completely naked.

"The Undoing" series is one of the most talked about series these days, starring Nicole Kidman and Hugh Grant.

The series also debates the 25-year-old rising Italian star Matilda de Angeles, whose scene of passionate kissing and gossip with Nicole Kidman has not stopped talking. The young actress claims that it was not a problem for her and that she was not scared at all when she read the description of that particular scene in the script.

"Kissing Nicole was something that did not scare me at all. I know I kiss well, so I did not bother with thatSaid Angelis in an interview with W magazine.

This sense of self-confidence undoubtedly helped the young actress get a role in this series, even though she is a relatively unknown person in the acting world.

She got her first professional role only five years ago, appearing in Italian projects such as "Tutto può succedere", "The Prize", "The Big Other" and "Youtopia".

This series is her first project in American production and her first role in English. The actress, who lives in Rome, studied English for months before arriving in New York, where the series was filmed last year.

"It was my first visit to New York. I was very excited, New York is perhaps the most famous city in the world. It was very exciting for me to walk around and get lost in the city. I constantly noticed places that were familiar to me from the moviesSaid Matilda.

Matilda, at the insistence of her friend, auditioned in Rome, where the director was looking for an actress with a specific accent from a particular region in Italy. Matilda, who was born near the city of Bologna, fit in perfectly with his vision and was immediately given the role.

In her hometown, she also recorded the audition video for The Undoing after an agent sent her information about the project.

"After reading the script, I was pretty sure I would not get the role, because it is an important and big role, and I worked on it myself. But I decided to do my best. When they told me I got the role, I really could not believe itMatilda admitted.

Matilda admits that the nude scenes were not difficult at all and that she sees them as an artistic expression.

"Whether it is my eyes, chest or vagina, my body is just another tool of expression. That's me. As long as my goal is to communicate something complex, nudity can be a powerful way of expressingMatilda explained.

And that she succeeded in her plan is evidenced by the fact that she recently appeared on the cover of Grazia magazine and finished filming a project for Leonardo da Vinci starring Freddie Haymon and Aidan Turner.
