
Black seed oil, fiberscopes, mobile phone parts and toys fell into the hands of customs officials
During the last week, the customs officers prevented several smuggling attempts, during which various goods were seized, including parts for mobile phones, a large amount of black seed oil, fiberscopes for industrial purposes, clothes, but also products of protected trademarks.

– 16.5 liters of black seed oil (36 pieces of black seed oil of 125 ml each and 96 pieces of 125 ml of black seed oil Natural) and 1.250 capsules of black seed oil (25 pieces of 50 capsules each), were found around the passenger seat of a car driven by a Macedonian citizen entering the country at the Blace border crossing.

- A Macedonian passenger returning from Dortmund tried to smuggle various goods, including 21 fiberscopes for industrial purposes, through the Tabanovce border crossing in the bus he was traveling with. The intention was prevented by the customs officials at the border crossing who, during the control of the bus, found the undeclared products in the bag owned by the passenger. In addition to the fiberscopes, shoes and car radios were also found.
– Mobile teams in three separate cases seized almost 3.000 toys, school supplies and 50 Bluetooth headsets with trademarks. The acts were discovered during the control of goods declared for import customs clearance at customs office Skopje 3 and customs office Kumanovo. At the moment, procedures for determining the originality of the seized products have been initiated.
- An Allen & Heath mixer with a total value of 153 thousand denars was discovered during the control of a car driven by a Macedonian citizen at the entrance to the country at the Tabanovce border crossing.
– A mobile team prevented an attempt to smuggle various goods, including clothes, shoes, scooters and electric tools. The undeclared goods were discovered during the control of a truck with Bulgarian license plates driven by a Macedonian citizen, registered for entry into the country at the Tabanovce border crossing. The driver hid the goods under the upper and lower bed in the cab of the truck. The products have been seized, and appropriate proceedings have been initiated against the perpetrator.

- 840 metal bushings for hydraulic hoses, which were hidden in different places in a car in which a couple from Serbia was traveling, were discovered by customs officials at the Bogorodica border crossing.
- 8 packs of cigarettes without excise stamps were discovered during the control of a car driven by a Macedonian citizen, registered to enter the country at the Dojran border crossing. The undeclared cigarettes that were found under the jackets on the back seat were seized, and appropriate proceedings were initiated against the passenger.
- Customs officers at the entrance to the Bogorodica border crossing prevented an attempt to smuggle 55 pieces of clothing. The undeclared products were found in travel bags located in the trunk and inside the vehicle.
- 80 packages of sealing tapes were discovered by a mobile team during the control of a bus with Macedonian license plates that was traveling on the Switzerland-Macedonia route, registered for entry into the country at the Tabanovce border crossing. The undeclared products, owned by the driver, were found in 4 suitcases, located in the luggage compartment of the bus.
