Yeast is rich in vitamins and minerals that nourish and strengthen the hair, and these are the vitamins: B complex, zinc, iron and copper. B complex vitamin nourishes the hair follicle and especially contributes to strengthening the root, and also prevents premature appearance of sitting fibers.

Iron is also important for healthy hair - it reduces hair loss, and brings fresh oxygen to the very root of the hair and nourishes it. Minerals like zinc and copper are important for maintaining the health of the scalp. If you have a reduced intake of these minerals, you will have dandruff, dry skin and seborrhea.

For a yeast mask you need four ingredients that you probably already have at home.

Ingredients:

teaspoon of honey
spoon of warm milk
20 g of fresh yeast
1 egg yolk

Preparation:

The honey melts in warm milk. Yeast is also added. You let the mixture of these ingredients "grow" a little. Then add the yolk and stir together into a smooth mixture.

Apply this mask on damp hair, evenly and keep it wrapped in a shower cap for at least forty minutes. Then wash it thoroughly with water and add a little conditioner.
