Macron called on Tehran to "immediately end its support for Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine"

The French president Emmanuel Macron called his Iranian counterpart today Ibrahim Raisi to immediately stop supporting Russia in the war in Ukraine by supplying drones, the Elysée Palace said.
In a telephone conversation with Raisi, Macron warned of serious consequences, security and humanitarian, that could be caused by Iranian deliveries of drones to Russia.
The French president called on Tehran to "immediately end its support for Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine."
The White House said on Friday that Russia is "obtaining materials from Iran to build a drone factory" on its territory and that the site "could be fully operational early next year."
The United States estimates that Russia received "hundreds" of Iranian attack drones by May and accuses it of recently using them to "attack Kiev and terrorize the Ukrainian population," the White House said.
