Macedonian universities are again not among the top 1.000 on the Shanghai list
Today, the Academic Ranking of World Universities, or known as Shanghai list. What is devastating for our education is the fact that this year as well there is not one of the Macedonian universities among the top 1.000 in the world.
This year, the universities "Harvard", "Stanford", "Massachusetts Institute of Technology", "Cambridge" and "Berkeley" are ranked highest.
Among the countries of the region, the University of Athens is ranked 300 to 400, and the University of Belgrade, the University of Ljubljana and the University of Zagreb are ranked 400 to 500. The University of Novi Sad is ranked from 900 to 1.000 on the Shanghai list.
