The Macedonian karate national team with seven medals from the Balkan Championship for children

On the The Balkan Championship for children which this year took place from May 25 to 28 in Bar, Montenegro the Macedonian karate representation managed to win seven medals of which three silver and four bronze.

Silver medals were won by: in the category -35 kg male up to 10 years Muaremi Ayan with four wins and one loss, in the category + 50 kg male up to 11 years Kamberi Yassin with three wins and one loss), while our women's kata team (Dimitrieva, Gjorgieva, Zlatkovska) 10-11 years also won the silver medal.

Bronze medals won: in the category of fighting + 50 kg female up to 12 years Mila Nikolova with four wins and one loss, as well as Todor Sutinov in the cat category up to 11 years.

In the cat category up to 11 years Veron Dervish as well as the women's kata team (Grozdanoska, Kojcheska, Mingovska) 12-13 years were also "bronze".

Our national team performed with 102 karate fighters, with a total of 108 entries by category. 1345 karatekas participated in this Balkan Championship with a total of 1426 entries from 11 countries.
