Macedonia with the cheapest gasoline in the region, Greece and Montenegro the most expensive

Summer vacations are just around the corner, and with that comes travel planning. Apart from the arrangement and the pocket money, which are very important, fuel and tolls are also a high item that drains the domestic budget. According to what can be seen at the gas pumps here and in the neighborhood, Macedonia is the leader in this item with the cheapest gasoline.

All foreigners entering the country should know that currently the price of diesel is 1,12 euros per liter, and gasoline is around 1,30 euros. Bosnia and Herzegovina has similar prices. There, you will pay 1,24 euros for a liter of diesel, and 1,32 euros per liter for gasoline.

Macedonians, according to travel agencies, this year if they do not travel with charter flights outside the borders, they are planning Montenegro and Greece as a holiday destination, but the share of those who will go to Albania is not small either.

Since the summer season has just started, it is necessary to make a good plan for refueling because it is one of the bylarge expenses from the household budget. In Montenegro, a liter of Eurodiesel is 1,34 euros, and a liter of Eurosuper, i.e. gasoline, is 1,53 euros. According to the website GlobalPetrolPrice, a liter of gasoline in Greece is the most expensive at 1,86 euros, and diesel is 1,55 euros, while in Albania diesel at gas stations pump is sold at a price of 1,51 euros.

Each of these countries in the region has its own principles when announcing new fuel prices, but they usually change on a weekly basis.

Serbian portals write in a big way that awhen you head on sea ​​through North Macedonia, don't hesitate refuel because for about 60 euros you will be able to fill a full tank with Eurodiesel, if you consider that the average capacity of one tank is 50 liters. An important item when traveling through the region ce и the tolls. On the highways in Serbia, a new price list for tolls, which is higher by 1 percent, has been in force since April 14. Passenger car drivers usually pay 100 деnary more, but the average price increase is 25 деnary. To go to the Montenegrin coast via the Miloš Veliki highway, you will need 4 euros. In Montenegro, on the other hand, tolls are charged on two sections, on the highway Sitnica-Herceg Novi and Bar-Podgorica.

 

To pass through the Sožine tunnel you have to pay 2,5 euros, while passenger vehicles pay a toll of three euros on the Meljine-Trebinje section. The toll for Albania is 5 euros on the only highway so far. The toll to Greece is about 10 euros. On the way to The Adriatic Sea in Croatia you have to pay a toll in Šid first 4 euros, and on other tolls on Croatian highways, the toll is around 25-30 euros.
As for the road through Serbia, driving on the "Miloš Veliki" highway now costs 250 деnary, instead of 430, and those vehicles that have TAG devices for electronic payment will pay on that route 235 деnary. For the section of the Belgrade-Niš road, the toll is now 500 denars.

The prices of this energy are falling at the global level, they are currently stable, but from June this could change depending on the decisions of the OPEC group at the June meeting, as well as on the global geopolitical situation.
