Macedonia celebrates World Multiple Sclerosis Day

On the occasion World Multiple Sclerosis Day – May 30, The National Union of Persons with Physical Disabilities of Macedoniaand organizes march for raising public awareness of the problems faced by people with multiple sclerosis and their specific needs for a better quality of life and social inclusion.

As informed by the union, the event will start before Porta Makedonija at 11 o'clock and will continue marching in the right lane of the street "11 October" in the direction of The Assembly to Dare Jambaz Home, and they will also join him people with paraplegia and dystrophy.

The National Association for Help and Support of People with Multiple Sclerosis will also hold a conference at the Panorama Hotel starting at 11 a.m., where they will address the president of the National Association for MS Ana Karajanova Dimitrusheva, the wife of the President of the Republic of North Macedonia Elizabeta Gjorgjievska, the Minister of Health Fatmir Mejiti and the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Policy Enver Huseyin.
