Every mother who knows that her son has been sent to war against Ukraine must check where he is. Especially those who can not contact their children. Those who were told their children had been killed but did not return their bodies. This is how the Ukrainian president addressed them, Volodymyr Zelenski, to the mothers of Russian soldiers, in her speech last night.

Zelenski informed that new Russian recruits have been captured. As the President explained, there are some among them who refuse to return to Russia. There were some that the Russian leadership does not mention and does not try to bring back.

According to Zelensky, many of those captured have been pronounced dead in Russia.

He added that telephone numbers can be found online, where if they call, mothers of soldiers will find out what is really happening to their children.

Zelensky noted that the Ukrainian military did not expect to take thousands of prisoners.

- We do not need another 13.000 or so dead Russian soldiers. "We just want peace," Zelenski said.
