According to the mother's announcement, Bojan is about to undergo an operation to remove the stomach, after which he will have a permanent disability. According to the document they sent, Bojan Jovanovski was admitted to the Emergency Center of St. Naum Ohridski, where it was established that he is in a serious state of health and that the previous medical recommendations were not respected in order to avoid the "unwanted and risky operation", and his operation is already scheduled for Friday, at 10 am in this hospital, as urgent .

- Initially, we express serious concern as parents about the current state of health in which Bojan is, and as citizens of this country, to put it mildly, we feel disgusted and outraged by the organized torture and lynching that is happening to Bojan throughout this period, to him personally , and to our entire family as a reflection of the hatred, inhumanity and antagonism towards Bojan. I inform you that for this entire period from the beginning of the criminal-legal proceedings against Bojan until today, I have not announced myself once in public, not because I have nothing to say, on the contrary, as his mother and as a professional in the field of law, as a distinguished lawyer with more than 30 years of work experience, I have a lot to say about the combined INJUSTICE towards Bojan, about the maxim of human hypocrisy, about all the attacks, labeling and low blows that we have received during this entire period. I have been restrained, but the current situation with Bojan's life and health does not allow me to do so, because a total gastrectomy operation will be performed on him, i.e. complete removal of a vital stomach organ, which will result in permanent disability of my son Bojan. For those reasons, with all my moral and professional dignity, I am addressing the public through this public announcement and I do not aim to cause a feeling of pity, but only to say that from this moment on, through all the legal instruments provided by the domestic and international legislation, I will fight together with my husband through our legal proxies against the evil and injustice done to Bojan and thus his life is directly threatened, writes Bojan's mother, Jasminka Jovanovska.

She believes that the life of her son Bojan has been brought to the extreme red line and according to the latest medical findings and reports, the operation that will be performed is inevitable and is of high risk for his life.

- It is an operation with an uncertain outcome, after which I repeat that Bojan will have a permanent disability. Hence, because of all this, all the involved persons who systematically, knowingly, by actions and omissions combined and with intent did this injustice to Bojan will have to bear criminal responsibility and be severely sanctioned. Bojan must be held responsible for this experience, mistreatment and torture! As a mother and parent, I do not wish this hellish and criminal behavior on any child, so I appeal to the public for humanity and reasonableness in these sensitive moments because Bojan is the target of the biggest public hate speech all these years, and no one took responsibility for such open and direct speech of hatred, where Bojan's name was described with the most derogatory words, insults and curses, and for the sake of truth, no organization for the fight against human rights has ever made a clear statement point of view, they did not condemn such occurrences and did not defend Bojan's rights, not even declaratively, and Bojan is a flagrant example of violation of human rights!, claims his mother.

She announces criminal charges against several people who she believes are involved in the case of Boki 13, who, according to her, acted "knowingly and with intent, out of revenge and by order".
