One of the most famous works of the musical genius Johann Sebastian Bach, his "Goldberg Variations", will be performed on December 4 (Wednesday) at the Culture and Information Center ("Salon 19:19") at 20:XNUMX, performed by our distinguished pianist Dino Imeri .

The concert called "Bach's Code" is supported by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Macedonia, and in addition to this central event, maestro Imeri, in cooperation with the German Embassy in Skopje, realizes the so-called "Bach Week" in the first week of December, with expert lectures and workshops for children dedicated to the great composer.

The Goldberg Variations are a landmark in all of Western classical music. An icon that everyone should keep in their hearts and minds, not only because they contain a wonderful idea of ​​Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750) about how music should sound, but even today they are a benchmark for something sublime, something that hardly anyone could and can achieve.
