It is not a mistake to plead guilty, it is not a mistake to take advice from your political opponents. I advise that he should be calmer about how he should accept all solutions. Ever since the issue of the Electoral Code was opened, VMRO-DPMNE received an invitation and the opportunity to have a chairman of that working group, and until the last moment when the issue of the growth plan from the European Union was opened, they were invited, but unfortunately they were not present, Loga said.

The attempt by the mandate holder to form a government, Hristijan Mickoski, to dissolve the Judicial Council and the Council of Public Prosecutors, is an attempt to discipline the judicial authority, Technical Minister of Justice Krenar Loga pointed out today at a press briefing.

At the briefing, Loga emphasized that with the dissolution of the two constitutional bodies and the termination of their mandates, judicial independence is threatened. He pointed to a court ruling by the European Court of Human Rights, for violation of the Convention in the case of Grzeda v. Poland, where a judge from Poland had his mandate as a member of the Polish National Judicial Council prematurely terminated, with which the ECtHR ruled that the judiciary was exposed to interference by the executive.

- Today I had the opportunity to share with journalists two important judgments from a domestic institution, as well as from the European Court of Human Rights. Both in the first and in the second subject, it is proved that the mandate of an institution that is guaranteed by the Constitution cannot be terminated. We have the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of Grzeda v. Poland, where the court decisively states that there is a violation and that judicial independence was threatened. With that, the judiciary was exposed to the interference of the executive branch, Loga said.

In the context of the announced reforms in the judiciary by Mickoski, technical minister Loga pointed to another ruling from the Administrative Court of the Republic of North Macedonia, related to the State Commission for decision-making in administrative proceedings and employment proceedings of the second degree.

– The second judgment is from the Administrative Court of the Republic of North Macedonia, related to the State Commission for decision-making of the state commission for decision-making in administrative proceedings and employment proceedings of the second degree. We have two rulings that tell us that there should be no termination of mandate or dissolution of these constitutional bodies, Loga said.

After the press briefing, Loga held a press conference where he wished success to the future Minister of Justice and told him that he is open to sharing his experiences so far, because as he said, it is not a mistake to admit guilt or take advice from a political opponent.

- It is good that he inherits all the good and bad experiences from our side. I wish both the mandate holder and the other ministers success. It is not a mistake to plead guilty, it is not a mistake to take advice from your political opponents. I advise that he should be calmer about how he should accept all solutions. Ever since the issue of the Electoral Code was opened, VMRO-DPMNE received an invitation and the opportunity to have a chairman of that working group, and until the last moment when the issue of the growth plan from the European Union was opened, they were invited, but unfortunately they were not present, Loga said. .
