Lithuania claims: Russia is moving troops from Kaliningrad to Kursk

The Minister of Defense of Lithuania, Laurinas Kaschunas, said today that Russia is moving troops from Kaliningrad to the Kursk region.

Kaliningrad is a Baltic exclave of Russia, while Kursk is located in the south of the country. Ukrainian forces have been carrying out a cross-border offensive in that area for a week.

The Lithuanian Minister of Defense announced this information about the transfer of Russian troops from Kaliningrad to Kursk during a meeting with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, in Kyiv, which can be seen in a video posted on the profile of the Ukrainian leader on "Telegram".
