The Commission for Infectious Diseases (CBD) at today's meeting concluded that there is an increase in the number of positive cases of Covid 19 compared to last week, and the increase is 65,8 percent. At the same time, it was concluded that there is no increase in the number of hospitalizations (currently 10 patients with Covid are hospitalized) and there is no increase in the number of deaths.

According to these parameters and taking into account the trend of increasing positive cases of Covid in neighboring countries and the world, we remind of the obligation to wear masks in health care facilities, care facilities, pharmacies and public transport. Additionally, we recommend the citizens to be conscientious, to protect their own and public health and to apply the general protection measures, such as: protective mask, keeping distance and more frequent hand washing, pointed out the CBD.

The Commission for Infectious Diseases closely monitors the situation and, depending on the changes, will make appropriate recommendations.
