Protest is a constitutional and democratic right. But the violence and the images we saw yesterday, cops injured, hooded thugs in plain sight showed the real goal of the destructive anti-European coalition of VMRO-DPMNE and Left. SDSM strongly condemns the violence and the attempt through destruction and violence to create tension in the country, new divisions and discord and to bring the whole country to a standstill, said today the spokeswoman of SDSM, Bogdanka Kuzeska.

- That is the real face and the real goal of the anti-European coalition of VMRO-DPMNE and the pro-Russian Left. In a period when broad and inclusive consultations VMRO-DPMNE and the Left, instead of dialogue and constructiveness, chose to organize violent protests, spread fake news and invent black scenarios to scare the public. It is another proof that Mickoski and Apasiev, VMRO-DPMNE and Left do not think well of the state, they do not think well of the citizens. SDSM, together with the citizens, will not allow the violent behavior of VMRO-DPMNE to threaten the future of the state, emphasized Kuzeska.

SDSM tells all the destructive forces that they will not allow the stability of the state to be threatened.

- Let them not try to repeat the intrusion of April 27. We will not allow that. We are a member of NATO and continue along the Euro-Atlantic path. Before us is a proposal that is consistent with our red lines, a proposal that contains a clean formulation in the Macedonian language, which guarantees that historical issues with Bulgaria will not be part of the negotiating framework. After years of waiting, we finally have the well-deserved opportunity to start negotiations for membership in the EU, VMRO-DPMNE and Levica and their destructions will not threaten the European future of the country, stressed the spokeswoman of the ruling party.
