The Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti believes that the European proposal is a good basis for an agreement with Serbia and that he is ready to discuss the agreements reached in Brussels, but said that he did not receive adequate arguments for the establishment of the Community of Serbian Municipalities (CMU), they reported the Kosovo media.

Kurti said that he "doesn't think it is necessary to create a JSO, but he is ready for discussions on the rights of minority communities."

He added that after seeing the Franco-German proposal, they have been negotiating to reach an agreement ever since.

"To be perfectly clear, on September 9 I read that proposal from Lajcak's iPod, but I didn't have a written document. They were together with Jens Plettner and Emmanuel Bonn, the deputies of Paris and Berlin. "I immediately noticed that we finally have a contract proposal," Kurti added.
