The Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti at today's meeting with the Minister of European Affairs of Finland, Titi Tupurainen and her Irish counterpart, Thomas Byrne, who lead their state delegations that are visiting Pristina, said that Kosovo and the European Union "have something to offer each other", reported the correspondent of MIA from Pristina.

At the meeting in the Government of Kosovo, Kurti expressed satisfaction over the visit of the guests from the two EU member states, in, as he said, "these difficult times".

The Kosovo Prime Minister said that Kosovo needs an exchange of experiences and comprehensive cooperation, but also that it can contribute "to a better EU, from the aspect of progress and defense".

"We are happy to have you in Kosovo in these difficult times, times that make us stronger. We have many things that we can offer each other, experiences, economic, trade, cultural cooperation and so on. We can contribute to a better EU, from the aspect of progress and defense", said Kurti.

In the morning, the delegations of Finland and Ireland had a meeting with the Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister in charge of European integration. Rabid Bislimi, after which, at a joint press conference, Ministers Tupurainen and Byrne stated that their countries fully support Kosovo for visa liberalization, as well as for membership in the Council of Europe and other international organizations.
