Kuleba says that it is not only Putin who is responsible for the war in Ukraine: "To punish the accomplices"

The head of the Ukrainian diplomacy, Dmitry Kuleba, believes that "accomplices in the aggression against Ukraine" should not be allowed to shift all responsibility to the President of Russia, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.
"We must not allow those who are complicit in this crime to blame Putin for everything. For example, Minister Lavrov - the colleague, he must bear 100% responsibility for complicity in the criminal aggression. Shoigu must answer. Gerasimov must," said the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
According to him, both the vice-president and the secretary of the National Security Council of Russia - Dmitry Medvedev, as well as Nikolai Patrushev, should also be held accountable for the aggression against Ukraine.
"Everyone who in one way or another contributed to start a war against Ukraine and commit a crime of aggression against Ukraine, should be held accountable," Kuleba said.
On March 17, the Trial Chamber of the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Russian President Vladimir Putin and Children's Rights Commissioner Maria Lavova-Belova. They are suspected of illegal forced transfer of Ukrainian children.
