Criminal complaint against the director of a kindergarten in Stip - she paid for children's requisites that were not delivered
The director of a kindergarten in Shtip, following a procedure for the public procurement of children's props and installation of children's props, paid an amount of 2,5 million denars to an economic operator, but the delivery and installation were not carried out. SVR Shtip submitted a criminal report against the director N.M (39), due to suspicion of having committed crimes of "abuse of official position and authority" and "obstructing justice".
- The applicant, in her capacity as acting director of the municipal public institution – Kindergarten in Shtip, on 22.12.2022, after the procedure for the public procurement of children's props and installation of children's props, although the delivery and installation were not carried out, she carried out payment to the economic operator caused damage to the Budget of the Republic of North Macedonia in the amount of 2.593.601 denars, the Ministry of the Interior announced.
