With the departure of the legendary rocker Bora Djordjevic, who died last week after a long and serious illness, the musicians who made up this band decided not to perform anymore, Serbian has learned "Courier".

The band "Riblja Chorba" will no longer exist after 46 years, Serbian media report.

In the days following Bora's death, stories circulated that the Fish Stew would extend its lifespan in some other form. First, the variant "tribute" band was mentioned, which means that a singer will continue to perform old songs in the same or similar arrangements at the concerts, and then it was said that Djordjevic could be succeeded by one of the singers, such as Pavlo Dejanic, who together with the rest I would also record new songs from the band.

However, it is written in Serbian Courier, there is nothing from that. The decision to disband Riblja Chorba was made by the musicians who played with Bora for years and decades, and they will do so after the release of the last album "Love and Death", which Djordjevic prepared while he was alive.

Let us recall, Bora Djordjevic died at the age of 72, on September 4. Doctors fought for his life for two weeks, but unfortunately, they failed to save him. His health condition recently worsened, due to which he was hospitalized. Bora was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2019. Then, he brought her health back to normal, continued with performances, and recorded a song that describes how he felt then.

Bora Chorba considered this song to be his best work: "Without it, there wouldn't even be 'Riblja Chorba'"
