Covid conquered Hollywood: The stars got infected at the Golden Globes
It seems that the long-awaited Golden Globes handed out a lot more than just awards last week, as some of the nominees in attendance missed the awards last night "Critics Choice Awards", after they tested positive for cove-19.
The actress is among the infected Hollywood stars Jamie Lee Curtis, who is in quarantine after learning that she is positive for covid-19.

"Damn it, Covid!", Jamie Lee Curtis (64), who attended the Golden Globe Awards in Beverly Hills a few days ago, wrote on social media today. The famous actress had an important role at the ceremony, so she presented a special award to her colleague Eddie Murphy together with Tracy Morgan.
The actress noted that she will have to miss the Critics' Choice Awards, and was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Everything Everywhere All Once.

While it is now impossible to trace every actor to determine when and where they were exposed to covid-19, there have been concerns that the Golden Globes, where mostly everyone went maskless, may have contributed to the spread of the highly contagious kraken variant that quickly becoming the dominant strain in the United States.
