Kovacevski: With the "Tiger" unit, our country has a ready and functional system for national security
The Prime Minister of the Republic of Northern Macedonia Dimitar Kovacevski today addressed the ceremony marking the day of the establishment of the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit - "SAE - TIGER".
The ceremony was attended by Oliver Spasovski - Minister of Interior, Slavjanka Petrovska - Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Vasko Gjurcinovski - Chief of General Staff of the Army of the Republic of Northern Macedonia, Viktor Dimovski - Director of the National Security Agency, Erold Musliu The Intelligence Agency, and other senior representatives of the Ministry of Interior and other ministries, as well as in the presence of senior guests from the diplomatic corps in the country.
In his address, Prime Minister Kovacevski stressed that this ceremony is in honor of an important day in the history of our security units, and that the Special Anti-Terrorist Unit today is synonymous with training according to the highest standards required by the fight against terrorism and high violent crime.
"The members of this unit are the epitome of professionalism. "The Tiger Unit, as a collective, is a set of maximally committed, highly trained individuals, with maximum courage and ready to face any challenge that may be a threat to the security of the country and its citizens," said Prime Minister Kovacevski.
