The Prime Minister Dimitar Kovacevski stated that there will be no delay in the constitutional amendments. He did not answer when the commission that will work on constitutional amendments will be formed. He just repeated that the team for the preparation of constitutional amendments will be formed in the Ministry of Justice, and that it will include top experts in the field of constitutional law and law and representatives of political parties because, as he said, this process requires a wide political and social consensus.

The constitutional amendments will not be postponed, with the formation of the group and their work, the process will begin, which will then enter into the procedures prescribed by law, said Kovacevski today during the visit to the "Veze Shari" group in Jepcishte, Tetovo.

He believes that the state has capacity, primarily democratic, but also European.

This decision that is needed to continue our European path will not be hostage to the personal career of only one person in the country who is ready for the sake of a personal seat to risk interrupting a process that means ensuring full membership in the EU that brings with it increased investments , jobs, wages, higher living standards, top institutions and top European legislation.

Citizens, as he says, deserve to live in the EU, but here in their country, not in a foreign country.

Currently, the priority for the Government is the inclusion of all communities living in Macedonia, including the Bulgarians. The idea of the Minister of Justice Krenar Loga to open the issue of the wording "20 percent" in the Constitution and its replacement with the "Albanian language", yesterday was rejected by Prime Minister Kovacevski, as well as by the Vice Prime Minister for European Affairs Bojan Maricic and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Bujar Osmani.

The attitude of VMRO-DPMNE it remains unchanged that this parliamentary composition does not have a mandate for constitutional amendments.

Our position is clear, and that is that we are against constitutional amendments, let them submit them to the Assembly and see how they pass. The position of VMRO-DPMNE is absolutely the same and has not changed. The position is clear, firm and unwavering, and that is that this parliamentary composition does not have a mandate for constitutional amendments and none of us promised in the elections in 2020 to make constitutional amendments, said the vice-president of VMRO-DPMNE, Aleksandar Nikoloski.

Yesterday, Prime Minister Kovacevski told the opposition that it is time to participate in at least one process in the country that is strategic.

Politicians should be decisive, they should make decisions that ensure a better future. I believe that with real decisions, and not by hiding the opposition as it has done so far, that we will become a member of the EU by 2030. I am convinced that in VMRO-DPMNE there are politicians who have a European vision and the courage to support the European path of the state, he adds.
