As informed by the government press service, Kovacevski will address a panel session on "Open Roads: The Balkans are back in the game", with a focus on regional cooperation, the integration of the region in the EU and the challenges for Europe from the war in Ukraine.
- Within the framework of the agenda, Prime Minister Kovacevski will hold a bilateral meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron, as well as with the EU special representative in charge of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, the press service announced.
Heads of state and government from Europe and the world, as well as representatives of the most significant and influential international organizations, participate in the forum.
The Globsec Security Forum is established as the most prominent platform across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. This year's 18th edition of the Forum aims to remind the world that this region has never been more crucial in ensuring global stability.
In the focus of discussions at the upcoming Forum, participants will focus on three topics: further support for Ukraine, Europe's resistance to war, as well as mitigating the global consequences of the conflict by strengthening economic and energy ties.
