We do not need early elections and there will not be, repeated Prime Minister Dimitar Kovacevski from the rostrum, answering the parliamentary question of Aleksandar Nikolovski from VMRO-DPMNE. Nikolovski asked the Prime Minister if life is good in Macedonia and if it is time for his resignation and early parliamentary elections in conditions of continuous national catastrophe, denying the Macedonian identity, language, culture, tradition, people, as well as economic, energy and health crisis .

Kovacevki said the current government cares about national interests and the dignity of all citizens, regardless of their nationality or religion.

- It was the same in the past period when the national interests are represented in accordance with the resolutions adopted in the Parliament by all members of the government, regardless of whether they are Macedonians, Albanians, Turks or others. This was shown last week when in Brussels we expressed our views in a principled way before the whole European Union. The opposition was silent when the European People's Party (EPP) recently adopted a resolution that included denials of the historical and national continuity of the Macedonians. There were representatives of your party and we did not see a speech, a press conference or a report that you opposed the denial. That will be remembered - said Kovacevski.

It is easy to defend national interests at home, the prime minister added, and it is difficult when it has to be done in front of 27 EU member states.

- Someone should do it, as I did with my partners and the citizens. All citizens are fighting for their identity, and one has the honor to defend it in front of others. It was my honor to stand up and say what we think - Kovacevski emphasized.

He reiterated that Macedonia has not received an official document from France, as a proposal for a negotiating framework.

- When it comes to proposals, a proposal is a document that has been officially submitted, and such a French document does not exist. The chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Policy submitted requests to me and received a response with a signature that there is no document that was submitted to us as an extension. In the past, there were various EU proposals that were named after the country holding the presidency, a Portuguese proposal, now a French one. I always say the same thing, and that is that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is obliged to talk outside and at no point has it gone beyond its competencies. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is in full coordination with me, they know exactly the positions of the parliamentary resolution and the EU procedures and they present our position to our European partners and to the United States, as a country with which we have a strategic partnership, as well as to other supporters. It does not suit anyone to raise tensions and spread information that does not correspond to reality. The people are aware of the destruction arising from the opposition - replied Prime Minister Kovacevski.

VMRO-DPMNE MP Antonio Milososki, who is chairman of the Foreign Policy Committee, invited Prime Minister Kovacevski to a session of the commission, along with former Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, current Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani and his predecessor Nikola Dimitrov.

- There are rising tensions in Macedonian-Bulgarian relations and policies, we have mobbing by Bulgaria. The session to which I invite you to aim to consider the proposal that you rejected in the form it is, in order to make a bigger picture in all parliamentary groups, in order to have stronger positions and fewer misunderstandings and not to create what you call it the hysteria of experts and the raising of tensions. Some of these actors that I invite to the session these days have public correspondence that do not contribute to greater trust and cohesive policy towards Sofia - said Milososki.

Prime Minister Kovacevski replied that it was good to have public discussions and that it would not be right to isolate the invitation of several people, but that Milososki should invite all former prime ministers and presidents of the country, despite the fact that, as he added. one will not be able to come, but a letter can be made to him. " Milososki remained on the intention to invite the foreign ministers of the last two terms, as well as Kovacevski and Zaev.

- My intention is not to make a circus, but a session to express the most relevant actors who participated in the Good Neighbor Agreement with Bulgaria, since we have a downward trend and blockades. The goal would be to build a stronger common position that would be beneficial for Macedonia, but also for the friendly member states that have so far not allowed bilateral issues to enter the negotiating framework. I will send invitations soon, and you will decide on the level of publicity at such a session of the Committee on Foreign Affairs - said Milososki.

Kovacevski reiterated that so far he has received draft ideas for a possible solution to the dispute with Sofia, which clearly indicated that ideas that do not make clear protection of the Macedonian language and identity and that insert bilateral topics in multilateral negotiations with the EU to be negotiated are not acceptable. for merit system only.

- I repeat once again that historical issues can not and should not be a criterion for the negotiating framework for Macedonia with the EU or any organization. Negotiations must begin with an intergovernmental conference before constitutional changes can begin to include Montenegrins, Croats and Bulgarians in the Preamble. And third, the EU and Bulgaria to provide guarantees that there will be no further conditions in our accession process. If there is agreement, we are ready to start negotiations. Let me repeat that just as every country entered the EU proud and dignified, so we want and should enter proud, with all our differences that others will respect, as we respect them - said Kovacevski.

Speaking about the good regional cooperation, Kovacevski pointed out that the Open Balkans initiative, which includes Serbia and Albania, will implement the four freedoms of movement of people, capital, goods and services.

- We realized with Rama and Vuќi., At the last summit in Ohrid, that the Balkans is the only region in Europe where there are borders. I am upset when they come to us and give us money to improve border management, those who have no borders here will tell us how to improve border management. So, what will be our borders, who needs borders between Albania, Montenegro, Macedonia and Serbia? Well, there is no border up to Scandinavia, and we have a border here every 200 kilometers. With the Open Balkans, there are no tensions and talks about the past, there are only talks about the future - concluded Kovacevski.
