The Prime Minister Dimitar Kovacevski, accompanied by the Minister of Labor and Social Policy, Jovanka Trenchevska and the director of the Employment Agency, Bekim Murati, today visited the company "Metal Decor Design".

According to the Government, the Prime Minister met with the founder of "Metal Decor Design", Igor Mladenovski, who founded the company thanks to the self-employment measure from the Operational Employment Plan of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, implemented by the Employment Agency.

According to Kovacevski, people who accept the challenge, with successful business projects give a chance to other fellow citizens to create new jobs.

Igor Mladenovski used the financial support from the employment measure and in 2018 founded the company "Metal Decor Design" for interior and exterior design, fences, canopies and locksmith services. Today the company has 12 employees and purchased equipment that enables the expansion of the list of services.

Prime Minister Kovacevski assessed the Operational Plan for Employment as one of the most successful projects of the Government, which in 2021 implemented as much as 94,6 percent of the planned measures and employed 11.292 unemployed people.

He noted that the measures from the Operational Plan for Employment participated in reducing unemployment to a historic 15,9 percent, with a tendency to continue to decline and that by the end of the current term of the Government, unemployment will be below 10 percent.

- Encouraged by the results of the Operational Plan for 2021, the budget for this purpose for 2022 provides increased finances, ie 1,73 billion denars, said Kovacevski, emphasizing that it promises successful business initiatives in the future.
