Macedonian and Bulgarian Prime Ministers Dimitar Kovachevski and Kiril Petkov summed up that the work of the four working groups was very successful and they continue at an accelerated pace and determined synergy to function in the coming period.

By entering new dynamics in the Macedonian-Bulgarian relations Open political issues between the two countries will be resolved as well the inclusion of the Bulgarian minority in the Macedonian Constitution as well as historical issues, both prime ministers agree.

Prime Minister Kovaceski said that the regulation of their collective rights could be regulated if they so requested.

Different countries have different types of constitutions. In our Constitution, besides the Macedonian people, there are Albanian people and others who make up the communities that are part of the Constitution and normally, if other citizens in the country who self-determine in another way and they can ask to be part of the Constitution of RSM, said the Prime Minister Dimitar Kovacevski.

It remains for the two countries' foreign ministries to address these key issues.

According Petkov, the situation with the Bulgarians in Macedonia is clear and he fully agrees with the explanation of his colleague Kovacevski.

- The rhythm of resolving these issues through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs should be dynamic, said Petkov.

The current crisis in NATO-Russia relations will not affect the dynamics of the work of the working groups, because, said Petkov, there are always crisis situations they face and they must be ready to resolve them.

As for the work of the historical commission, it is becoming more dynamic.

- The historical group will have 4 months and more frequent meetings and will have to cooperate with a very progressive view of the general task, said Petkov.

Asked by Bulgarian journalists if there would be personnel changes, Prime Minister Petkov said there would be no changes for now.

- The historical commission with different enthusiasm and different rhythm of work will look to set a general framework, said Petkov.
