Kostadinov to Taravari: Before you change the state coat of arms and the anthem, when do you plan to repair the computed tomography machine in Strumica?
The Mayor of the Municipality of Strumica, Kostadin Kostadinov, addressed the Minister of Health, Arben Taravari, and asked him when they plan to repair the computed tomography machine in Strumica. According to him, the machine has not been working for nine months, the same amount of time that Taravari has been the Minister of Health, and Strumica residents are forced to travel to Gevgelija or Shtip every day to have a diagnostic CT scan.

– Before you change the national emblem and anthem, and before the Minister of Health gets involved in resolving ethnic issues, let me ask you – when do you plan to repair the computed tomography machine in Strumica? Fellow officials and MPs, why are you taking between 2.5 – 6 million denars for travel expenses, for these people who travel hundreds of kilometers every day for a service that YOU should provide them in their city, who will pay their expenses? Put aside your hatred towards me, and let the people of Strumica suffer because of it? Isn't it shameful to torture patients for nine months? – asks Kostadinov.
He suggested that the minister cancel a business class trip to have a computed tomography scan repaired at the Strumica hospital.
– I beg you, proud of the government, do not harass innocent people because you have no other idea how to defeat me in the elections! – said Kostadinov.
