The President of Kosovo has made an official visit to Slovenia
The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, traveled today on an official visit to Slovenia, at the invitation of her Slovenian colleague, Borut Pahor, the correspondent of MIA from Pristina reported.
As Osmani's cabinet announced, in the meetings that, apart from Pahor, will be held with other high representatives of the Slovenian state, the possibilities for further deepening of the cooperation between the two countries will be discussed.
- This visit will once again confirm the excellent relations with Slovenia, while with her counterpart Pahor, in a series of joint activities, President Osmani will discuss the possibilities for deepening cooperation and interstate relations, according to the announcement.
During her stay in Slovenia, the President of Kosovo will award a state decoration to the Armed Forces of Slovenia for, as it is stated, "the contribution to peace and stability made by the thousands of Slovenian soldiers who in the past years served within the framework of the NATO mission in Republic of Kosovo".
The agenda of Osmani's official visit to Slovenia includes a meeting with Kosovo migrant workers in that country, as well as her lecture organized by the Center for European Perspectives and the Bled Strategic Forum.
