- 150 grams of crushed biscuits
– 200 grams of biscuits
– 5 peaches
– 300 grams of whipped cream
– 350 + 100 milliliters of cold milk
– 200 milliliters of sweet cream
– 50 grams of chocolate to taste
Beat the whipped cream with the milk, then add the sour cream and continue beating. Divide the whipped cream into two equal parts, then add the crushed biscuits to one and mix everything well.
Dip the unground biscuits and start arranging them on the tray or on a plate. Then spread that row of biscuits with the whipped cream and crushed biscuits.
Then peel them, wash them well and cut the peaches into smaller pieces, then arrange them on top of the whipped cream.
In the remaining half of the whipped cream, add the rest of the unground biscuits, which you will first crush with your hands. Chop the chocolate, preferably white, into pieces, then add it and the crushed biscuits to the whipped cream and mix everything well. Place this mixture on top of the row of peaches.
Place the cake in the fridge to set, ideally overnight.
Decorate with sliced peaches, grated white chocolate, whipped cream to taste.
