"Coded art with fragments" will be installed in NUCC "Marko Cepenkov" in Prilep

In the lobby of NUCC "Marko Cepenkov" - Prilep on October 3, from 19:XNUMX p.m., the exhibition "Coded Art with Fragments", a joint project of Maja Raleva - Miladinovski and Dragica Risteska, supported by the Ministry of Culture, will be opened.

"Coded art with fragments" is a jointly conceived project of the two authors, which they have been working on for the past period, and consists of paintings and an art installation.

Through the complexity of materials and textures, the authors create compositions where, with the help of color and light, a different dimension of the space around us is created. "Coded Fragment Art" is a complex artwork that provides an opportunity for visual self-vision and memory stimulation that allows you to make your own story and captures the moment that involuntarily imposes itself on our lives. Hence the reflection on the creation of "coded art" which is processed in the new era of modernization, stands in the announcement of the exhibition.

- Avoiding the monotony of the pandemic years and adapting to the new rules of living, we combined two close concepts and media that are some of our vision of the way of living that was unconsciously imposed on us, inspired and closely related to coding. The past period is exactly that mark of barcoding, application of statistical and bureaucratic measures and a way to limit and act on the new movement of the entire human race. All this leaves traces and fragments in a sequence that continues indefinitely, which is to say the story does not end here and now. All this suggests to us unconsciously the unbreakable dependence on barcodes - the authors explain.

The exhibition can be visited until October 13 in the lobby of NUCC "Marko Cepenkov" - Prilep.
