The President of China, Xi Jinping, at today's meeting with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz proposed four principles in order to prevent the Ukrainian crisis from spilling over and to establish peace as soon as possible.

- The first priority should be to support peace and stability, refraining from seeking selfish goals. Second, we need to defuse the situation and not add fuel to the fire. Third, we need to create conditions for the restoration of peace and refrain from further escalation of tensions. Fourth, we should reduce the negative impact on the world economy and refrain from undermining the stability of global industry and supply chains, Xi said.

He pointed out that in order to achieve the goals, it is necessary for all parties to work together to establish peace as quickly as possible.
