Ukraine has imposed sanctions on Russia's nuclear industry for the next 50 years, according to a decree signed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Those measures are aimed at 200 Russian companies and organizations, and one of them is the Russian state agency Rosatom, which "Kyiv Independent" writes is illegally managing the occupied Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.

The Kyiv newspaper adds that Russia used the plant "for nuclear blackmail".
