The Macedonian cultural club "Nikola Vaptsarov" in Blagoevgrad was opened in a tense atmosphere last year on October 30 in the presence of guests from Macedonia and Macedonians living in Bulgaria.

The event comes after today's celebration of the 151st anniversary of the birth of Gotse Delchev, which passed peacefully in Skopje, but there were tensions at the border crossing Deve Bair, because of which three Bulgarians were arrested, and tonight they were fined 300 euros and expelled from Macedonia.
